Please try the following:
Go to Meta Settings, Storage, find PokerStars VR, Delete App Data, then try reloading PokerStars VR again (don't worry, this will not delete your account data. You will need to agree to the TOS/Permissions again though. Your Bankroll and Items will all be safe.)

If that doesn't help, can you try testing from a different Internet connection, such as a WiFi hotspot from your mobile phone?
