My friend was banned for being underage even though she is 20, how can we fix that?

It says we will not issue overturns for underage players, she’s definetly not underage but that is the subject of the ban so is there no way to reverse this? Some guys was just spam reporting her for no reason I feel really bad about this.

Appeals aren’t granted for confirmed underage users. Our Support Team will review the ban and reply with their determination. 😄

I’m not sure about that, I think it’d be best if she could fill it out since it’s for her account. After a ticket is submitted, they respond via the email provided and sometimes require more communication than just the ban being lifted.

The appeal asked for the specific date and time of the ban, but we didnt know when that was so she put unknown i hope that will be okay.

That's a question for every ticket, regardless of issue. Bug found, ban appeal, moderation report, general inquiry, etc. You'll be fine with a vague guess 🙂
