So I talked and sent stuff about a problem I can't discuss (but if not solved will be settled by my lawyer's) on here to zendesk and everytime they send me back the same response which not only doesn't fix the problem but also solve anything I was wondering if there is any way I can get in touch with the owner or someone up there please any mods that can help me either message me here or dm me personally because it's time to put the hatchet down and get this problem I have solved

I've contacted zendesk about it and no responses
How long has it been? I get the feeling support are overworked or understaffed right now. I’ve a few pending tickets open. One of them with no response in a month
7+ days for all 3 from what I understand they usually Crack them through by then but also when I sent a follow up email no response so I don't know what's going on
All we can do is trust the process and hope they do respond with good news. Typically told 7-10 business days for responses. Bit of a drag. But they’ve been really good for me in the past
