The game is up and running.
Please try the following:
Go to Meta Settings, Storage, find PokerStars VR, Delete App Data, then try launching PokerStars VR again (don't worry, this will not delete your account data. You will need to agree to the TOS/Permissions again though. Your Bankroll and Items will all be safe.)
If that doesn't help, please try loading in from an alternate internet connection, such as a WiFi hotspot from a mobile phone.
thanks for the reply, i did try all of these methods.i submitted a support ticket hopefully an update will fix this for me😅
