I turned on high graphics settings and now my steamvr runs at 3 frames and is constantly rubberbanding between two frames.

The settings I changed were in-game, not in the steamvr settings

Hey there @indigo bloom! Run this command: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PokerStars VR\MinSettings.bat

This should adjust your settings to the minimum graphics.

Hey, I've tried it in a few different ways, but the command doesn't seem to work

Try to paste it into your Windows search bar, let me know if that works.
