Same with the square ones in the store. I think it’s been 6 months since I’ve sent a support ticket about this. Pokerstars thanked me for forwarding the information. Kept trying over time and had spent 2400 credits. Support team stopped responding to my emails once I asked about the credit reimbursement. It’s not even about the credits- it is about the response received and how the issue was resolved by support- a bit neglectful 😔

Ya it’s a known issue and has been happening for a long time. I’d suggest not lighting up any of those precious gallery ones, or those expensive ones from the store, until a fix is communicated.

Agreed. Have not been purchasing them since that response. But I also did not realize it was happing with the gallery cigars. Lost half those too which stinks. I think I have 4 or 5 left saved- too scared to light them up and lose them.

Really??? I did back when it happened at first, and again a few months later when it was still happening. They blew me off both times, said thanks for the info as it helps them, and closed my ticket. I don’t mean to complain- it’s just silly how it’s been this long and with the amount of updates we’ve had, that bug fix was never addressed or included. Also- Where. Is. My. Fly. Swatter. 🦟💥🪰💥…😢😉

The gallery cigars were the ones i reported , now if you are not a gallery member at the time making the ticket you might have trouble getting them back

My understanding is that receiving a fly swatter is a courtesy prop given to a player who initially reports or discovers a bug and Pokerstars is not aware of it. It was a sarcastic comment hence the wink emoji because it is a prop that many players love and want, but is not easily obtainable.

The response I received from the support ticket instigated the team was not aware as stated above in my original comments. I was not insisting that I am owed one, don’t worry. Understood re: being a gallery member. I never submitted a report regarding those cigars, only one for the square ones in the tube from the store. Appreciate all of your help and info!

Your half right, now not only do you have to find a NEW BUG that they not aware of you also have to know how to fix the problem also.

I wish we could pull up the guidelines- I know I’ve seen them somewhere along the way! A buddy of mine just got one for just reporting, the bug was never fixed as far as I noticed… and i hope they don’t fix it because it’s awesome lol

Well I have reported many bugs and they asked for the help to resolve the problem to receive the fly swatter so good luck with that one

If you keep the case on the table you should be able to smoke the whole cigar I’ve found if you throw the case to the cigar on the floor when the case disappears so does your cigar, keeping on the table I’ve had no problem smoking them

To be eligible for a fly swatter, the bug must be game breaking, repeatable with steps given to do so, and you must be the first player to report it with steps to reproduce. A cigar disappearing would probably not be considered game breaking.
