File a #❓︱support-tickets and ask to appeal the ban. The support desk will reach out and ask for the information they need to address the situation, best not to send personal info unsolicited.

Okay but again, he was banned for being underage, and he’s 28 years old. I’m just not sure why an appeal wouldn’t be granted if he can easily prove his age? We will submit an appeal but he isn’t underage, so there obviously isn’t a “clear violation of the terms of service”
He submitted a support ticket and replied to the email with two forms of ID, it’d be a little ridiculous for his request not to be granted. We’ll wait out the 7 days I guess.
Sorry, the bit at the end is a bit confusingly worded. The part about underage appeals not being granted applies if a person is actually underage.

Just wanted to follow up! Tomorrow it’ll be 7 days but he didn’t hear anything back after submitting two forms of ID so just looking for an update!
Go to the ticket you made and get updated there these guys will tell you this they have a lot of stuff to take care of and make sure you don’t include the weekend in them seven days
