It can take up to seven business days for the team to investigate and respond. If you want, you can reply to the automated email you received when you made your ticket to request an update.
When you submitted your ticket, you should have received an automated 'We have received your request' email. Replying to that will be how you can request an update.

Yes but how long does it take to see that I’m missing 2 mill? Because at least in my mind I don’t think it will take that long. Don’t know how they actually do it tho tbf. But it’s just that I feel like Im not being seen with me getting my support in game

100% like I’ve said before all they say to me is “We will get back to you” and then they don’t say anything.

No need, they’ll respond to the ticket you’ve already submitted when they reach it. Submitting more than one ticket about the same issue can actually slow things down, since it’s adding to the list. But you are welcome to reply and request an update.
When does it come to a point where they have just missed me or something

I'm in the same exact situation. I don't know what else I can do on my end....emails are not being replied to also. Absolutely no information . Should we submit a support ticket about a support ticket?
