new update glitch

I joined a rooftop casino and went to play craps I bought in for 5 million and started playing as per usual I had around 500,000 on the board and suddenly I had chips stuck to my hand adding bets and so I left the table and it fixed that part but then when I tried to pick up my chips on the table they where stuck I also could not remove my beta bit the check was the only thing I could touch I quit the game and went back to press the quick seat rooftop I started loading but brought me back to my home I could see a wheel spin that I could not use and when I would Teleport it would show a circle with a point that looked like the spade suit on a deck of cards I then went to look at my bankroll to see the 5 million I bought in for on the craps table was gone please help get my money back and do look into this glitch

Hey there @timber pagoda! I would start by closing and reopening PokerStars VR again. You can double check your movement preferences in your Watch Menu, in Settings at the top right, then under Movement, if you select “Two-Handed” it will remove the spade from your destination target.
As for the chips on the craps table, it should return to your Bankroll momentarily. If you had a bet down, it would be locked until the Shooter rolls a 7. You can try returning to the Rooftop after reloading, let me know if you are still having this trouble.

I am still having trouble tried restarting and for that they would have hit the point or 7 by now lastly for getting back to the rooftop its been working no money in my bankroll from my buy in still

If it doesn’t return in the next 30 mins or so, I would recommend filling out a PokerStars VR Help Center ticket with the information you’ve provided here and a member of our Support Team will look into it for you.
