We're sorry you had to experience that, toxicity is never allowed on PokerStars VR. You can spawn your Mute Remote by pushing down on your left joystick and pressing your left Side Grip button. Point it at the player you wish to mute, then push the trigger button to mute their Avatar and Audio. This will bring up a Report screen on your Watch Menu, just select the reason for reporting and submit.
You can also navigate your Watch Menu to the tab that says Next, then Social, Players, then select the player you wish to report.
Alternatively, you can always fill out a PokerStars VR Help Center ticket with as much detail as possible, and video evidence if applicable, and a member of our Support Team will review it.
