Suite Issue

There’s a problem with the suite I can not go and sit on the couch nor can I go and spin my free spin.

I have the same issue here sometimes I have to keep restarting the app to get it to spin my free spin. Also my entrance effects when I join and leave a room do not work I can hear the audio but I can’t see no effects at all. The update messed me up 🤦🏽‍♂️

Hey there @slender portal and @unique pecan! The team is aware of and currently looking into the issue of not being able to spin the Free Chips Wheel. Until then, joining a table and then returning to your Suite or reloading PokerStars VR has been successful for other players experiencing this. I hope this helps!

I would recommend closing out and reopening PokerStars VR and trying again.

I am having issue as well, free spins are whats keeping me playing.. sucks cause im not able to play until this is fixed. Currently at 0 chips

recenter your boundary on the loading screen. it should fix it

Now a new issue I join tables have audio for a min can hear and speak then it goes silent no one can hear me nor I them
