2 days ago I downloaded latest update for pokerstars,, I have not been able to log in. Any advice to get past this issue would be appreciated.

So you're not getting to the point where it says "opening doors" "polishing dice" etc?

I'm asking these questions because where it is freezing will determine where the issue is likely happening. Specifically, are you seeing the "Seating Tables" portion of the loading screen?

Okay, so you're not seeing "seating tables" which means you aren't connecting to the servers.

1. Please try resetting your internet connection by power cycling your internet modem/router.

2. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Pokerstars VR. Don't worry, all your account data is kept server side so you won't lose anything.

Same as above. "Seating tables" is what you see when you're connected to the server which is right before you load in.

We've been getting stuck at opening doors for up to 20 mins then finally get through to seating tables. Why the big lag? Seems worse in evening. More people bigger lag?
