@halcyon grove I am not trying to be pessimistic here but is there anything they can do to help I have seen many other people having the same problem and I’m wondering if it’s not a single account problem and I should just wait for an update on the game

I am having the same problem -- support ticket people have suggestions but these don't seem to solve the problem; i have to delete my app data returning controls to defaults each time i want to join a table.

Oh and beware; joining a Sit & Go as one of the last players may subtract the entry fee from your account and then log you in as having joined, booting you out of the game and registering you as a player without being able to rejoin the table. I don't know that players are being reimbursed for that.

Same here. Made a support ticket. How long do you think this will take to be fixed? Are we talking about days or weeks 😅

Deleted app data, then deleted the app. Still crashes when trying to enter any cash game. Made a ticket but they said to delete files like I was running it on a rift / pc set up. No luck yet. Lame

I found out that the problem is joining games already in progress. HOST a game and it works fine. Getting to the lobby was definitely achieved by Delete App Data. since just hosting i have never had a problem since.

That worked for me but I never host games. Sat there for ten minutes and no one joined lol. Tried to change to another table from the host table but it crashed again. Giving up til they update I guess. 😭

I tried to hosting a table. Game worked and did not crash. But if I trie joining another table the game chrashes. So the problem still exists. Emailed the support about this and hope they can fix it soon

Crashing as well. I've been successfully sat at a table 3 times out of, literally, hundreds of attempts. Support was useless. Absolute junk since the update.

I've not been able to get into the Lobby so as to host with any consistency of late, so no playing PokerStarsVR for me. I gather the issue is with Quest 1; i'm beginning to ask other Quest 1 players who are friends how they are getting in.
