Stuck on “polishing dice” screen. Was able to play fine yesterday. First time running into this issue

Hey there @whole yacht! Please try the following:
Go to Meta Settings, Storage, find PokerStars VR, Delete App Data, then try launching PokerStars VR again (don't worry, this will not delete your account data. You will need to agree to the TOS/Permissions again though. Your Bankroll and Items will all be safe) 😄🙏

I did that and now it doesn’t even get to the “polishing dice” screen. It gets stuck loading the animation for the logo

Not likely server issues, but do to the complexity of the game, hiccups and internet glitches of sorts are more likely the factor on the user's end. Another thing you might try is resetting your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.

Also double check your headset's Operating System has been updated to at least version 46. In other words, in the settings check for updates.

None of this has helped so far. Restarted device, wifi, checked software updates, and even tried to wait it out to see if it would eventually load but it doesn’t.
