Why do they take 10 years to reply though…
It's a free to play game. The support team doesn't work 24/7 nor should they have to. You'll receive a reply within 7 business days.
Didn’t ask for your option I asked how to get help.
This discord server is open to anyone responding. You made a comment about the length of time to get support responses, I replied to that. If you don't want people to reply to things then you should probably not post them.

It can be frustrating to wait but JAC is making a valid point about why it may take some time to get the response, he is trying to help you understand why it may take awhile. What you have already done is the best way to get help, and if there's anything you would like to follow up on after up to 7 business days, you can respond to the auto email for an update or add info, as it says in the email.

I’ve done all it says, the help centre does take ages, but yes it’s a free game but they make a hell of a lot of money from people buying packs and chips.
Personally I didn't find anything antagonistic about anything he said, as I read it, he was referring to your question/point about why it takes so long and the answer was quite straight forward. That said if it is something the community here can help with, there are many people (including notably JAC) who consistently give very prompt and helpful answers to things we can help with and may even save time waiting for a response. Unfortunately nobody here can assist with refunds though, the ticket is the only way to do it if you are eligible for a refund after review.
The company makes millions of dollars a month from IAP, they should have better support

The parent company is listed in the stock exchange, financial records are available for all subsidiaries. They make a ton of money, which is why I’ve been disappointed with the communication I’ve received via the support team.
I think you are mistaken. LuckyVR, the developer of Pokerstars VR, is a small development house.
Who partnered with PokerStars. Either which way though, if a company is going to accept purchases, 7 days is ridiculous. This is just my opinion and I’m sticking to it ☺️

Pokerstars is the license holder.
You claimed their monthly income amount which you do not have access to, and you claimed that Pokerstars was the parent company, which it isn't.
I never said PokerStars was the parent company. Do some research. Anyways this is a silly back and forth as I understand business and you apparently just like saying “nahhh” 😉
