Audio Gone?! Voice Chat is still working.

Launched the game after 4 months, and audio has gone brrrr.
My voice chat is working perfectly fine. I CAN hear the music. But can hear general game audio...
I have reset my game many times :(

Are you playing on PC by any chance? If so, make sure that the game tab is clicked on your PC so that it is on top. Then the game audio sounds will come through.

Just be aware that if you are clicked off that tab for a while during gameplay, when you click back on the tab, all that in-game audio you missed will play for you all at once. It can be annoying so just be aware that it will happen 🙂

The simple answer is Pokerstars vr needs to be in focus on your pc

If the fix wasn't in the update that just dropped, no. I heard that it might be an issue with the system software. The issue started immediately after a headset update.

I’m not sure what you mean by headset update, but crossing fingers they figure it out soon!

The fix for the audio issue if connected to PC is to ensure that the PokerStars VR window is on top of the desktop and is the actively selected window. Then all sounds should come through without issue.

That's not a fix, that's a workaround.

I just loaded the game up on PC, and I verified that I am no longer experiencing this audio issue in the lobby, regardless of which window is clicked on.
