I thought the same but,
Actually you can reclaim the nametag via the quests ,just scroll down on your vman until you find the quest that gave the nametag and click reclaim.
You can do the same for the club member statue.
Tipp: reclaim the item until you have enough to get 5 nametags donated to the butler

And you can do that a few times to get more dots from Godfrey. I was able to get three extra today, will try again tomorrow.
