Make the companion system less hated with One or a few of these changes

Adding that this isnt per say a suggestion about the exact numbers i mentioned but a topic as a whole. That something needs to be changed. Lava could change it to be harder or easier as he sees fit. It is only about the concept thank you!

Change the companion system to be less hated for its Gambling with 1 or more of these changes

1. Put pet gems as a very rare reward in pachinko (Obv way rarer than normal gems) OR add a way to grind them (Again at a way smaller rate than normal gems perhaps 1:10 ratio)

2. allowing f2p pets to be traded (ONE WAY trades) you loose the pet. So it would give duplicates a role OR allow you to scrap them for either pet gems (1/5th of the price a person who bought it with real pet gems would get) Or a worse ratio. Another option would be simply allowing you to scrap 5 common pets for 1 single roll with a low level snack. (Or something of this kind to give ANY use except trashing pets you roll f2p).

3. Simply put fixed prices on pets. While allowing you to rng roll. Obviously the fixed prices would be purposfully inflated. As in doot would be 9 000 Pet gems or something of this kind. But simply a way to make avoiding gambling possible but still paying ofc.

4. Make pet gems purchasable for normal gems. (Example 4:1 ratio) 4 gems -) 1 pet gem

5, Make the pets drop untradable variants 1 per account per each of those mobs that are the pets. Ofc it will be the rarest drop that mob has

(Reason I have not posted it to suggestion) Is that it does not fit its rules of 1 suggestion per post. I Would like players to say which one of these specifically would be the best. Then i will move that one specifically into suggestions

The number 2 is completely off, Lava said in last stream or one of them. That the reason for him not allowing trade of free pet is to not encourage people creating 1000 accounts to farm every pet in the game. Number 1 is probably impossible without affecting rule 4 of the server.

Number 2 is great and if people will spend hours creating accounts just for stupid pets then great for them. It's just an excuse to keep the paid mechanics making money. Good ideas but none of this will ever happen.....

Wasnt the doggo happiness mechanic created for that anyway. And you can do that even right now roll until you get doot stay on that account. Simply gating the mechanic by w2 or something would force people to waste years of that just to get it.

Simply gating for example max rarity pets behind w2 or something. Would make it so they have to play for a bit on each and one of those accounts. And if then you say well but they can bot it. Well then my answer is sure but you can bot it even right now and again get an acc with doot and its kinda all you need.

And the 2. can be implemented as a reroll or scrapping f2p gems just simply making it slightly less tedious if the problem you said was even real. There is always a way the most important thing is to not say excuses why it cant but choose something of what can change it for the better

I have texted with a few people that have all pets and it seems all said something of the kind: I am so happy to be the done with pets i hate them and etc. So if you have any other suggestions that i can add or change in there would be amazing

So what exactly is the doggo happiness mechanic? Cause I do think the message changes if you have a free roll, it's nothing to do with creating 1000 accounts. And if you want to create accounts until you roll for Doot, you will have to create the same number of e-mails, unless you don't mind losing your account at all - you don't really need a real e-mail to create an account in the currently way of the game. I do have an account with Doot, created to check how game was after vault was added, and would not make that account my main. Simple because, Pocket Divinity takes some power of Doot, and I will not grind back to the point of my main account.

The reason green gem is server sided and not client sided is because of rule 4.

But again the point is no matter what you can go around it. So the argument that you can do the same with 2. Isnt really valid. I would also say simply adding a phone to your account. Since everyone has a phone would not only increase security (2w autenth) but also completely block a way to go around that

It being a drop is server sided. It being from pachinko is server sided

Same with normal gems I do assume they are server sided as is the whole game

Simply adding a way to farm pet gems but make them rarer than normal gems pretty sure would change how people hate companions while also not being abusable while making alts unless you play on all of them actively OR just make pet gems purchasable with normal gems

As fair as I know, dog happiness does not affect anything pet related - it's enable a button to teleport to pets and also I do hink (if I'm not gaslighting myself) the dialogue above the teleport button changes if you have a free roll (I do think I saw a screenshoot with something as: Free Roll Available) and maybe if you have a pet trade offer.

Sadly as i have talked with people that share my opinion. It is due to the companion system being hated/flawed. But it is completely fixable. Everything in the game is amazing. Except the companions. It is why there are several suggestions specifically to improve the companion system. It is the weakest link in this game and sadly even the game is a super strong chain it is only as strong as its weakest link. That is why people talk about it

There's is another thread where someone not 4 days ago got offically warned by Lava.

The pet happiness thing in the upgrade vault, does NOTHING.

Anything else stated to the contrary by people is just spreading wrong info.
