I've only ever played the game on mobile, and would love to be able to have all the steam only achievements unlocked. Is there any reason for them to still be steam only?

There are no longer any internetcafes and even if there would be any, i absolutely WON'T use that to login somewhere with my personal data and possibly get my credit card data etc stolen.
Its not about being "the willing one" to receive the same treatment as everyone else in a game, that in the first step was made ONLY for the platform i am actually playing on.
There are 57 out of like 230 Achievements in total, that are steam only. 1/4 of the TOTAL amount is heavy. Why should i and everyone else be happy about receiving 75% while others get the full 100% just because of absolutely NOTHING!
All games with crossplay and crossplatform get differences on each platform, but those are COSMETICS and in shooters aim-assist but nothing that alters the game to anyones benefit. This is absolute bs and you know that.
But yeah, you are right. I am not willing to pay thousands of bucks for a pc that is able to handle any game, so i dont deserve the same treatment, got it.
