The elephant divinity gives refinery time as much as your afk time is. So 10 characters if I am lucky and they get refinery progress for 10 hours afk means 100 hours refinery progress extra. So refinery is not a problem at this point.

um depends if you have enough talent points then just do it all. I try to have one preset for skills, basically just the bottom row plus enhancement. I have the fighting preset for fighitn talents plus the stat ones.(you can cheat this by maxing the stat ones and upgrading it on all characters then removing the levels invested and your characters still keep those stat lvls)
