Use the xp talent that nukes eff, you still get souls

I dont use the soul sacrifice thing on ES and vman always has the best skull and worships the best xp totem, maestro infusion is there if you need it also

for worship it just effects the soul gain, for mining or fishing etc, if it dropped you down a prowess level you would get less exp, so it's not as good there

theres not a lot of stuff you need salt to craft so i would say lvl your party starters, poisonics, krakens, these three to as high as you can
