There is also a site that tells you the best upgrade to get

yes, there is a 30-50% diff for damage misc but usually you wont get much of a difference for that. You can switch between the two to see for damage difference(cant do for speed though). No need to worry about bonus tach for wand, you do that for rings since the acc stat isnt really needed past a point.
