if you are in w3 you should have access to the armory unless you have to wait 30 days. The effect should be permanent with the armory. I cant think of a reason why taking it off increases accuracy though besides a bug

I think its the armory bug sometimes the effect of the set only activates after removing a piece of the set when having it all equipped, so it might be accidentally giving him the effect but when he requips it the game realizes he does not have the armory unlocked

It depends for which skills, the cooking one should be done when you have enough coins to heavily invest in the vault upgrade, skills like sneaking are just done when you get to a high enough mastery, the only ones that you should worry about are w1-w3.

if your at the end of w6 you should have finished the divinity grind and inturn the lab one as well, sailing should be fine, and gaming is simple, w4 breeding should be done as well, just leaving the skilling ones such as mining, fishing and so on

I'd say go get all your elites asap.
Either push one at a time or all at once.
I usually recommend one at a time pushing to get their elites to 4th map while the other are connected in lab to get some of the nice bonuses, like x2 kill, x2 print, x3 refinery.
You could also have one char, being most of the time jman or mman out skilling

And getting Hunter's elite (Beast Master) and Shaman's (Bubonic Conjuror) first is nice since they both give bonuses to breeding and lab.

these two guys are pretty critical. Sand giant is a "Rattler" type where it's attacks and special skill shoot bones and they stack up a buff that lets you shoot more and more bones to really ramp up damage. the snelbie is a "Monolithic" type where its active skill freezes time briefly and that helps keep you safe while you ramp up.
