Go to W1 goblin map and there will be a totem halfway down. You click that and see how much % you have charged. Once it’s full (after a while) you can worship to get souls or run the tower defense mini game to get prayers for reaching certain waves

you’ll want to build towers and upgrade them in your construction shelf

Always rank up your red salt, don’t set it to auto refine. Like hobo said there’s a talent to automatically run X amount of cycles instantly

It has a 24 hour cooldown though, so once per squire per day

So each cauldron is based on a different class, scroll to the very bottom of each cauldron and you’ll see the first bubble will add strength at orange, agility green, wisdom purple

All things considered, not a ton. I'm now realizing I don't need to do every character. There is little benefit as most the rewards are stamps, where you only benefit from them once, and they sell like crap.

Sometimes I'll get a ring (the frisbee quest) that is nice to have multiples of, but they are few and far in between

You want to leave some quests undone on some characters, otherwise you won't be able to greenstack certain things.

So it worth doing most of them at least on one character.
