On a particular kitchen, it's the total of all the levels. So if you had 23/20/22, that's 65, so you'd get 6x that bonus.

And then as you hit more Cabbage tiers, the bonuses go up. So you can update cooking speed at a kitchen three ways - the upgrades themselves, the multiplier that you get for the cabbage, and the amount of the boost for the Cabbage level.

(You can update a lot more than 3 ways ofc, but these three are interrelated.)

On the smeltery, you can spend some resources to get salt, and i recommend to level up the first smeltery (red salt) by turning off the auto refine option to rank up your salt

When you are attempting to merge obols there is a kinda hard to see little arrow next to the combine button that will tell you what shape the merged obol will make

Don’t rely on defense for survivability, make sure you level the hemoglobin talent and equip food on your characters
