summoning really doesn't have much science to it, it's quite slow at the start though so you definitely want to be reinvesting your essence into more essence gain early on

For AC weapon power is usually the best but the "Arcanist Damage" multi is also relevant, specifically it's a 1.04^Wp multiplier to damage and arcanist damage is its own multi I believe

I figure that the upgrades for the collider are just lowering the upgrades to the atoms. So I still was able to get all of the atoms, and I've upgraded a couple. I think it's at L20 now.

Also, these eggs give more XP when used. And they give even more XP if you are trying for a shiny pet.

(There's a great little spreadsheet with all kinds of skilling info in tips and tricks. Includes egg breeding things, getting to a certain level based on your eggs, etc. plus stuff for I think every other skill in the game.
