Okay, so I was told that annihilation was the one with 200 kills in 60s.
For that, you first need to be able to either instantly or almost instantly mobs on the map.
Then focus on getting as much AoE and Mob Respawn as possible.

As far as I'm aware, the Divine Scarf from Kattlekruk is the best necklace for increasing mob respawn and there's chips in the lab for that too. Always make sure you have the gravestone down for faster respawn as well. Killing the gravestone mobs should also count towards the 200 and they respawn practically instantly every time you kill the whole gravestone group.
For AoE, make sure to have lots of points in your axe throwing, bear claw, and combustion.

Note you want to have the eggshell and miasma perks unlocked at least if you're running looter since they only use abilities that you've unlocked

Since fishing uses the depths, and hitting the printer ability seems to give a random fish type any time I sample for a particular fish I end up with samples for all 4 types, except my depth set-up is only for the one of them.

I would like to have my printer sample set for each of the fish and just switch them in the printer as needed, or does everyone just re-sample entirely when they change current production?

You don't want to resample as often later on unless it's a decent increase, because there will be sources that increase the sample per hour rate overtime and resets if you take another sample so people generally take them all, switching out samples that you have already sampled doesn't reset that

Currently the difference is 10k goldfish and 15k goldfish (before printer multipliers, which are like x3? or x6?) so like a 15k-30k difference

I haven't really test it but does the rate overwrite if you end up getting a lower rate when sampling?

It seems it doesn't. I think it was that earlier on I had removed samples trying to organise my list and ended up with lower samples

I just call it a wasted run and start over, I believe once you complete some of the merits for that boss he just loses the defense

Most people would say at around 15-20x start farming Drop rate obol and stick with it

Getting that unlock really helps with world pushing, and generally a good indicator is if you are multikilling the enemy (with the exception of w7) is your max damage on your stats>2x of enemy hp
