The one that gives you more amber per depth, and more amber per full clear are good. Once you have some multistrike chance and elixir refill stuff the shadow elixir is a good friend because they stack up mid run. When boss pushing the green power elixir is good. When you’re overstamina’d for a delve and are going to hit Resists as the failure point at the end of it you wanna go for full clears the whole way
