A lot of shops have inventory bags you can buy for each character to upgrade inv space for them. Also have storage chest you can buy once to upgrade your storage space

Some mobs also drop bags and chests as well.

You only get 1 shiny critter roll per trap you collect from. Base stack size is 1 for shinies so without the prayer you get basically nothing.
