Having 2 DB's not only is kinda pointless later on, it also mess with Passive of ZoW's and WoW's.

Make sure you have 2 DK's because of cons.
If you want you can have 2 WW and 2 AC because of the AFK items so you can rush progress to catch up, and later change as you see fit.

But make sure you have 3 warrior 3 mages 3 archer and 1 begginer for now.

Reason for wanting to rush Hole and Div is because, unless you have Doot, you need to unlock the Divinity stuff Asap so you can do bilateral grinding with the Dinination god called Omniphau, and Artic allow you to Grind Lab and Div at the same time.

While doing W5 Prison grinds try to progress to W6 so you can start unlocking some of the other stuff.

But that is about it.
You can focus on minmax later, for now try to unlock stuff, that is your goal.
