It's really helpful not to work just on the line width, but to expand the connection distance to boosts/gems (allowing you to light them up from farther away), which makes it easier to hit multiple targets with one player. (There's a merit somewhere that does that, and maybe elsewhere?)

Also, there's a lab boost at the end, that looks like the pic below. If you just string along and light that up (not trying to connect anything, necessarily), it increases that connection range by 50%. (And then you can tweak it so boosts are lighting up.)

Put Bubo on the left (to increase everyone's line width.) Other than that, it's just...time and boosts to increase the line widths.

So, searching discord; Use DK and Orb on mutated mush for ladles. I get using DK, but how does the Orb affect what you get if you're just killing mushrooms? Should I load it up first, then drop the toxic waste (or whatever it is you're supposed to do) and then attack the mushrooms, orrrrr...?

when you stack the orb it affects all kills, so you kill normal shrooms to get more DR multi, then kill boss as late as you can (without going over) on the timer to maxmimize your loot gain
