If your pet power is low, not really. If you're over 500k pet power, I recommend using low power (sub 100k) peapods. The main function of the peapod is to proc the refiller talent. Lower power means they get more hits in and get you more cooldown reduction for the nuke.

I would focus on Nuke/Looter for higher power pets. I use sub 100k peapods and ~1m everything else. Low power peapods get you more hits and therefore more refiller cooldown reduction for the Nuke/Looter.
