I've heard it mentioned as a drop multiplier rather than a DR multiplier, but that doesn't really work either, or with 500 orb you'd be getting 6 of a drop anytime it dropped, and if it's a multiplier to attempts on the drops, firstly that's a mathmatically weird application, and also would then be less effective than multiplicative
