Once you have 200 levels in Tenteyecle you can keep your bubo going and doing CC for longer stretches, which is when it really shines. But yes, can do. Get your Cauldron upgrades up, then go ham unlocking all bubbles in the game in less than a day

but in short. you got several stuf. in alchemy the CD of skill it self. make it shorter. in your skill you got passive "every time mob dies -2/3/4 sec on skill cd" and you basicly make your self in loop. so you get like a 2-3 days of alchemy in 1 min killing
