shiny chance in general is trap collected based

you need to eqyip y your shiony % cards before collecting if your going for shiny cnance if it isnt alread at 100%

trap eff is snapshotted when placed
so is exp iirc

shiny% isnt snapshotted its off collection

however it only takes the % from the player collecting not everyone
