any uploaded will just be doing "lab" they'll get EXP for it but won't get anything else, any connected mainframe things will apply to all characters

the elite classes are on the 4th(?) map of the world and you'd need to get all of them there individually

at very least do get your shaman there so you can make them a bubonic conjuror, they will boost your lab gains for everyone
