well theres a simple way you can fix this, put both dk's into the highest cog thing you can atm, or like the one below whichever produces cogs relatively fast, and then when youre done cog clicking you put them back into the board

it's a set of challenges, and by beating a certain amount of challenges you can get bonuses like infinite star signs (star signs that give bonuses to all characters at all times without equipping them) or the trapper drone (automatically collects critters every 24 hours), the biggest ones are killroy prime, sneaking mastery and eldritch artifacts

they're not hard to get if you have fast mob respawn rate (notably by deathbringer), I'm not sure if drop rate affects the rift tears but they're pretty easy to get within an hour like the challenge states but without quick killing (like the deathbringer) it takes a long time

rifts are more like a w6 stage thing when you need the sneak mastery to reach higher upgrades like the final 3 sailing artifacts in jade emporium w6, and the later rifts after eldritch artifacts (w5 sailing) are only doable at w6 or w5 level because the mob health exceeds a billion if I remember. you should only do the rifts till the trapper drone for the qol of it, most of the rift bonuses are very subtle like being able to upgrade cards to lv 6 without a 6 star cardifier (like any sane person would grind almost 10k-ish cards for a mob) or the stamp mastery (we don't talk about stamp mastery)
