400's a breakpoint that matters for it for a couple reasons (one is that tenteyecle starts working on it after a few rooms, the other is every 50pts in skill 4 is another spawn every time you charge the crystal so you hit breakpoints)

Imma be honest I don't really have an issue with things that NEED to be 400, I think it gives a great late game goal. However I do think you should be able to get into w4 or so without it so you enjoy a solid half or so of ACs benefits before it
