there's a bubble in yellow cauldron called Diamond Chef that makes your meal and new recipe speed scale multiplicatively per meal you've gotten to lv11 so you need to level all of'em that far at least, and then there's a voidwalker talent that gives a multiplicative meal cooking speed boost for every level on every meal so every meal counts. otherwise just whatever bonuses sound good. hang on to ribbons
