oh I actually realized I should be able to reach 400 talents within a couple of days, my 292 skills are at 354 currently, and I got the comb so it's 299 books now (being +7), another +5 from the set bonuses when available and +5 from the equinox symbols levels remaining and 30 from major skull of talent would be 354+7+5+5+30 = 401
so if I have the charred bones to reach such and max it out I can just barely get there
