the DB stuff usually isn't as clear as just exceeding listed stats, I would say usually get to a point where accuracy is at least 40-50% (hit rate not of the value, can check in AFK info) and just small scale test against the enemy and note if you're missing something, whether that be significantly slower killspeed from missing accuracy/damage, or a bit later health/defense for just living
