After a certain point/quest in w4 you can turn your statue in w1 into onyux and then you will be able to DROP a stack of 20k (exactly) on it of a specific statue which boosts the bonus that statue gives
For each statue you have onyx'd you get +10% points for turning in any statue

and move between areas using the map teleport, even if you're going next door

in one or two runs, you'll get to the point where you can get all the way to efaunt. What I find useful there, is to alternate worlds using the map

so when I start on gmush, I open the map to w2 and port to sandy pots, then open the map and port to frogs from there

cause that way you don't have to wait till the portal opens to open your map
