alright so basically how it works is that it goes in a suggested order of stuff to do, and when you are expected to do it. first you should work on the alerts as those are quick enough to do usually, and then move on to the next lowest rated section
right now you have stamps as rated late W2, so you click on it and then do the stuff that it says to reach a higher tier

but basically you go into each section and do what it says to get into a higher section. there's also informational tiers that just tell you about stuff and you don't necessarily have to do the stuff in them if there is anything in them

on the fourth map your guys will get a job upgrade with huge new abilities and stuff. shaman in particular upgrades to Bubonic Conjuror which makes everyone better at being in the Lab. having everyone in the lab except like one guy is suddenly optimal because you can jam the string of labbed up guys far enough to reach the "kills count 2x for portals and death note" node pretty fast. with one guy pushing go to w5
and the one guy optimally is DK probably because its got the silliest immediate respawn talent (if the entire field is dead, respawn entire field. always in effect)

i think they're labeled with + or x for those accurately, so like egg's in the additive pile but diamond chef bubble is multiplicative

so there's definitely a point to leveling the Egg/Cabbage/CornDog et al but remember to just get everything to 11 and level diamond chef bubble, and do a pass every so often of using a ladle or 5 on every single meal to get blood marrow stacks on it

Yeah imo if it’s for the monolith quest do it later, like for now make it your goal to reach w6 asap to start them time gated skill, then you slowly start to farm things that will help you for crystal farming like cards, obols and sum other

don't think you need alot of efficiency for skills in vman ,probably you want him to be top levels in skills ,use crystal countdown skill alot

once you level up skill, you have to go crystal hunting again ,so the maximum xp needed lowers again
