that's more than a floating point error that's actually really weird, I think the bonus should be higher, specifically taking spelunker active, ulthurite active and the opal navette the bonus SHOULD be (2+1.5)*1.15 = 4.025% per, but it's only 3.6%, even if both of them were individual and rounded you'd get 4% from 2*1.15 + 1.5*1.15

i dont have shaqurachy and it is killing me

obols, gear, tools, cards, card sets, w1/2 clickers, dungeons, prayers, vault, star signs, talents, stamps, PO boxes for acc work on these and you'll be fine. this gives about 50k acc, no alchemy needed

Use w4+ stones on an different character to get secondary stat based armor for more accuracy. Eg. Stone your DK’s armor with a mage to get wis based armor

which doing a small amount of any of these fixes your acc problems
