For accuracy early on you can rely on stamps or secondary stat

Use upg stone on equips with mage and put it on your BB for more secondary stat, same can be done with Archer and mage

With the w4 Stones of course

Alch, stamps, Vault, cards and card sets, levels/talents, W1 Owl, W2 Roo, orange potions, meals, star signs, sailing artifacts, divinities, dungeon flurbos, PO Box, and Hole are all sources of damage (and accuracy)
