Use w4+ stones on an different character to get secondary stat based armor for more accuracy. Eg. Stone your DK’s armor with a mage to get wis based armor

which doing a small amount of any of these fixes your acc problems

Basically, I finished all the quest up to the one when you change the class, but I did not complete the last one, the one that rewards you with the vman name tag. After that the Nebulyte disappeared and never show again. I forfeited the quest but the Nebulyte still not appear. Is there any way to get the quest and the name tag?
