the middle column is the lowest fire time the spices needed vary but they are typically moderate I think
the right column is the earliest possible spice combination you can get to make a given food
the fire requirement and Luck value on each column is the fire needed, and chance to get the recipe off of first tier fire I think it is by default

yea I think a decent few earlier meals have easy high odds requirements, as an exampel of one that's different if you look 1 above at corndog,
Using Crystal Caverns spice (farther than any other for the meal) you have an 80% chance and need 16,000,000 fire
however by using Tree Interior, Stinky Sewers and Desert Oasis you have a substantially lower 4.9% chance but the fire requirement is DRASTICALLY lower at 2800, so you can get far more attempts

Vman will be very beneficial for cooking later but early on the increase from it won't be super strong (Blood Marrow in particular) but yea keeping up with breeding and getting new spices will help with the cooking, upgrading your kitchens will help for making more meals, and when you get a decent bit in Blood marrow will become very valuable to boost your cooking speed
