There is a ratio you can use to find out whats better. The higher level you are the more important base exp is. For now because im assuming your numbers are still in the low trillions for exp per hour, just put one down and hover over ur DK and then put the other down and see what ti does to your exp

Get this when you can complete the associated task of beating Chizoar with 8 characters. Other recipes are for Chizoar gear.
