Get the first level when you reach rank 3 on orange salt and get another level each time a new salt reaches rank 3.
⚔️ The last recipe is for the Chizoars Caustic Scarf which is best in slot for a long time giving both damage and respawn. Get this when you can complete the associated task of beating Chizoar with 8 characters. Other recipes are for Chizoar gear. you need to hard focys w4 and w5 skills, you sailing needs love, current goal should be getting ashen urn and 10AD tablet.

your refinery is salt locked, not good. push your red and orange higher and dont touch blues rank.

you need to push through unlocking more bubbles, get all of w5's unlocked, w6 you can worry about later as the mat costs are relatively higher meaning youll only be able to really level them later on, and cant do much rn.

Sigils: get the first level of sigils 1-7, and thats it until you get more speed from summoning.

Stamps: not bad collection of stamps, still missing some tho, push to 5k stamp lvl.
