old players will tell you your missing out on a BUNCH of things
but dont stress, your main focus is to push as far as you can as quickly as you can

when you hit a wall
and I mean a literal wall they you can't possible get pass
then you turn around go back and focus on mechanics that take a bit longer to get going and build them up for more power

once you have hit world 6 then pushing will no longer be the most powerful boost to your account and you should focus on everything else

and some foods have a lower cooldown between each use
I am unsure if this lower cooldown plays a part in that calculation
